Responsibilities
As a key point of contact between operational teams, the agency head, and clients, the Account Manager regularly visits job sites to meet with site or team leaders, ensuring services are carried out according to plan.
They are responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual commitments for their agency's client portfolio. This includes overseeing service quality, ensuring adherence to French legislation and the collective labor agreement, organizing human and material resources, and adjusting action plans to meet client needs.
The Account Manager also plays a critical role in managing human resources, covering recruitment, training, management, and team leadership.
