From prospecting to submitting proposals and defending projects, Business Managers excel at identifying client needs, offering innovative solutions, and building trust to forge strong, lasting partnerships.

As the driving force behind the company's commercial operations, the Business Manager is responsible for identifying commercial targets through competitive and strategic analysis, actively prospecting in the field, securing commercial contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. They also ensure the introduction of operations team members to clients and participate in handover meetings with the operations team to finalize the commercial contract.
