Our QSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) is the person responsible for implementing and monitoring the QSE approach and policy.
He/she contributes to the implementation of commercial, technical and organisational decisions, in compliance with the regulatory and normative requirements applicable to our various service activities and all associated certifications. He/she also provides a Monthly Activity Report to the General Management.

WHAT ARE THE KEY MISSIONS OF A QSE MANAGER?
Client satisfaction
Our QSE manager works with the agencies to analyse the client surveys, ensures the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions and keeps the respective dashboards up to date. He/she follows up on the start-up actions of strategic new sites/contracts and helps with their ongoing monitoring.
Health, Safety & Environment
Health, Safety and Environment management involves ensuring compliance with HSE procedures in force (HSE management, work-related accident management, etc.) and the effective application of the related tools. It also involves monitoring the progress of the HSE programme defined within its scope.
Steering and Facilitation
The QSE Manager implements and leads the company's QSE management system. He/she raises awareness and trains everyone involved to ensure that the applicable procedures and documents are properly understood, especially by the QSE Coordinators working in the agencies. If requested, he/she can also take part in agency meetings. He/she monitors the operational objectives and ensures that deviations and improvements are recorded and processed within the management dashboard.
Trade
From a business point of view, the QSE Manager can be involved in the drawing up of a commercial offer or in preparing its defense.
Audit
Finally, he/she prepares and carries out internal audits, reports on them in accordance with the set schedule, also prepares and carries out internal audits of new client sites in line with the defined requirements, and finally supports the operations for both external client audits and certifications.
WHAT ARE THE KEY SKILLS OF A QSE MANAGER?
Technical skills
The QSE Manager must have a thorough knowledge of the company and its activities, an in-depth knowledge of the various sectors of activity, a perfect understanding of the company's processes, flows and the associated technologies, a full grasp of QSE standards and benchmarks, and the ability to set up and monitor a management system
Strong writing skills are also essential. The QSE Manager must have a perfect mastery of the art of written communication, with the ability to analyse and summarise information, as well as to formulate recommendations written in a relevant and prioritised manner.
Behavioural skills
To make the most of his/her technical skills, the QSE Manager must be able to explain things clearly, be pragmatic, organised and rigorous. He/she must also have a great sense of human relations, be firm and at the same time keep good interpersonal relationships with others.
