Event cleaning typically follows three key stages:

Venue Preparation
Depending on the type of event, we adjust our cleaning tasks to meet the client’s needs, which is what we call "venue preparation." This is a crucial step to ensure the event can start under optimal conditions. Our teams are structured for maximum efficiency and responsiveness. In larger venues, our teams consist of:
- Lead Housekeeper: With a background in hospitality, they coordinate the various teams and handle communication with the venue and event promoters as needed.
- Team Leaders: They act as intermediaries for the lead housekeeper, managing and passing on essential information to their teams in the designated zones.
- Assistant Team Leaders: They ensure that client requests are handled promptly by the technical teams and that all specifications are followed.
The number of technicians depends on the type of event. For a concert, we might have over 50 technicians, or up to 70 for sporting events.
On-site Cleaning During the Event
The venue isn't left unattended during the event. La Providence's teams provide on-site cleaning support to address any immediate needs that arise. This stage resembles the approach used in hotels. In private areas, like dressing rooms, our teams are ready to intervene discreetly to meet any needs without disrupting the event. We also offer connected call buttons, allowing clients to request urgent cleaning services quickly.
Post-Event Restoration
This is where the bulk of our work happens. Post-event cleaning can begin immediately after the event or vary depending on the venue’s requirements. The floor area and seating are thoroughly inspected by our staff using floor scrubbers. The venue is divided into sections to efficiently distribute the cleaning workload. Since this stage usually takes place after the event, our teams often work overnight to ensure the venue is ready for the next event.
This process is repeated to maintain the same level of cleanliness for all events. Keeping large entertainment and leisure spaces clean requires a deep understanding of the environment’s specific challenges.
