As a cleaning company where tasks can be physically demanding, we are committed to adapting workplaces and working environments to enable all our employees to work in optimal conditions. Adaptations can be made to enable people with disabilities to carry out their tasks without risk, while offering them the same opportunities for development as other employees.
The Fondation La Providence: concrete actions
Our commitment doesn't stop there. 2 years ago, for example, we organised our annual golf competition with professional disabled golfers, including members of the French national team. The event was a reminder that performance and excellence are not limited by disability, but are human qualities accessible to all.
In addition to this event, the Foundation undertakes initiatives throughout the year to promote the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace. This includes raising awareness among our employees and training management teams in diversity management.
