This December, LP put the spotlight on our newest talents! To kick off their journey with us, our apprentices were invited to participate in an induction morning. To ensure a warm and personalized welcome, two separate sessions were held on December 11th and 19th.
Understanding More to Succeed Better
The goal of these meetings was to provide our apprentices with all the keys to success. Through presentations by members of the Executive Board, they were able to discover the inner workings and values of the company.
Building Connections Through Play
Getting to know one another better facilitates integration and strengthens teamwork. The morning focused heavily on the human element. After the introductions, it was time for team-building activities! Through games and group workshops, the apprentices were able to:
- Chat freely and "break the ice."
- Share their first impressions of their new roles.
- Realize that they are part of the same "class," even if they work in different departments.
A Very Positive Outcome
These mornings provided the perfect opportunity for our young professionals to understand the impact of their daily work. These moments of exchange are essential, as they transform the process of joining a new company into a reassuring and motivating experience. By the end of the session, the apprentices had a clearer vision of their environment and, more importantly, new faces they can count on.
