We are recruiting a :

HR Assistant

missions

Staff management

  • Administrative management of hirings: checking and editing employment contracts, compiling personnel files, etc,
  • Verification of residence permits with the Prefecture,
  • Employee management: monitoring the specificities of workstations (necessary authorizations and/or clearances, recording and declaring work-related accidents and occupational illnesses),
  • Preparing the documentation necessary for the animation of meetings,
  • Establishing salary certificates following the various sick leave(s) via Net-entreprise, work accidents, maternity, etc.,
  • Schedule and follow up on medical visits,
  • Follow the different HR dashboards (CDD, professional interviews, training, paid leaves, endorsements...),
  • Follow disciplinary procedures with the support of the legal department.

Profile

You have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree in HR and have at least 10 years of successful experience in the field.

Your ability to summarize, your writing skills, your dynamism and your entrepreneurial spirit will be assets to succeed in this position.

Available and motivated, you like challenges and have a sense of service.

This position requires a good command of the French language.
