We are recruiting a :

Commercial and Administrative Assistant

missions

Commercial missions

  • Preparation of applications to respond to calls for tender in private and public markets for the conclusion of contracts,
  • Drawing up commercial proposals,
  • Writing offers, elaborating estimates,
  • Realization of the commercial support,
  • Drafting of various letters,
  • Management of end of month statements to the sales department.

Administrative missions

  • Physical and telephone reception,
  • Receive and redistribute the institution's mail (in the absence of the executive assistant),
  • Carry out the management of paper and dematerialized documents,
  • Take charge of archiving,
  • Manage orders (supplies and other),
  • Respond to various requests from the sales department and management.

Event missions

  • Organization of internal events (punctual at the end of the year),
  • Preparation of management committees (CODIR),
  • Management of invitations for sports and cultural events,
  • Fondation La Providence: organization and follow-up of general meetings and drafting of minutes of general meetings.

Profile

With an Associate's degree, you have a first successful experience in a similar field.

This position requires a good command of the French language.

Skills and attributes

  • Mastery of the office pack (mainly Power Point),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Sense of organization and prioritization, anticipation and management of pressure, versatility and proactivity in a very demanding work environment.
